SUMMARY:
When challenged to create a digital invention for a brand to aid in the customer service experience, I designed an in-app service to serve already existing Rent The Runway members and incentivize non-members to join for the most personalized and effective experience of ordering clothes online. Along with the design and execution of how the feature would look/work in-app, I also designed a series of Social Media ads walking consumers through the feature, showcasing reviews, and showcasing results.
